The second step you can choose to consider is pre-payment. This is your protection against inflation.

We prefer to make arrangements in our offices, but if you cannot come into our offices for reasons of illness, distance or inconvenience, arrangements can be made by telephone, fax or mail. You can also request one of our senior helpers to help you complete our forms.
