Judith A. (Baloun) Kramer Pokorny

Judith A. Kramer Pokorny, nee; Baloun, loving daughter of William and Marie Baloun, nee; Radous.  Beloved sister of Carol Mapes.  Judith was born in Chicago and graduated from St. Odilo Catholic School and Nazareth Academy.   She was married to the late LeRoy K. Kramer and late John P. Pokorny Sr.  Judith was the loving mother of four children, LeAnn, the late Jeffrey, Beth, and Gary Kramer.  She was known as "BUMMA" to her many many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She loved her family, friends, and going to Bears and Cubs games.  Judith was the "First Female Exalted Ruler" of the Cicero-Berwyn Elks Lodge #1510.  Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday May 4, 2024 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 111 S. Hubbard St.  Algonquin, IL. 60102 with Mass beginning at 11:00 a.m.  Interment to follow at St. John Nepomucene Cemetery, River Road (Algonquin Rd.) & Church Road in Barrington IL, 60010.  PLEASE NO FLOWERS.  In lieu of flowers, donations to "Tunnel to Towers Foundation".  Since 9/11 Tunnel to Towers has been supporting America's first responder and military heroes.
